Do I have to eat all 3 meals and a snack each day?
No, you can easily customize the meal plan to fit your dietary and caloric needs. The plan gives you 1800-2000 calories of carb cycling meals each day, but if you are a small woman who needs only 1200 calories a day, then you can omit one meal each day.
Conversely, if you are an athlete or a larger man, you may want to add a meal, depending on your body’s and lifestyle needs.
If you are intermittent fasting, and have a short 4-6 hour eating window on a particular day, you can cut out a meal and a snack to stay within your eating window.
The idea behind our carb cycling meal plan is to stay on a healthy schedule of high carb, medium carb, and low carb days.
