Disclaimer: Sprinly provided us with six meals for this review.
I want to start by saying that, while I’ve received many meal delivery service meals, I’ve never received one with the care and attention I got from Sprinly. This company just feels like it cares from the moment you open the box. Here is the hand-written note I received from the founders..
And, while I know that they must write a similar note to all their first time customers, I have never seen this attention and care from a meal delivery company. You realize there were real people who made these meals for me with true dedication and care.

Sprinly has inventive recipes and meals made with real food that actually tastes great. I enjoyed the variety of meals sent. You have a minimum order of six meals each week with six meal options available. So, while you may not be able to choose which meals you’d like shipped to you, the meals provided have a great variety.
We received an Indian, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese meal along with a great salad and a tuna cake meal.

All of their meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based. If you are looking to eat healthy, there’s no reason to worry about allergens with Sprinly.
And, each meal shows the allergen icons on the front. Here’s one example…
Spinly makes it easy to assemble and heat their meals. Whether you pour the sauce over the vegetables, or sprinkle on some nuts or topping, you can assemble your items for heating in the microwave or stovetop quickly.
The portion sizes are huge! Enough to keep my 250 lb hubby satisfied, and I actually broke my meals into 2 servings. One things for sure, you won’t be left hungry with Sprinly.
Ingredient Quality
- Non-GMO
- Organic
- Soy-Free
Sprinly doesn’t add refined sugar, salt, or any chemicals or preservatives to make their food taste better. All their meals are made from organic ingredients, which is a huge benefit not often found in meal delivery services.
Not only do they use healthy ingredients to meet their strict vegan standards, but they also use the highest quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, Himalayan salt, and Shiitake mushrooms.
And, all ingredients are simple to read and understand whole foods. You don’t have to worry about unpronounceable fake foods.
Taste
If you ever thought that vegan meals lacked flavor or richness, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by Sprinly’s meals! These aren’t just veggies in a bowl. Sprinly makes healthy plant-based meals that even my meat loving husband enjoyed!
Amalfi Lentil Bolognese with Gluten-Free Pasta and Cashew "Parm"
Tofu and Japanese Soba Noodles with Pineapple Glaze
Their sauces are fantastic! So much so, that I had to recheck the ingredients list to see if they snuck in some magic chemical that makes food taste great (but isn’t actually food) . And, I was relieved to see that Sprinly uses ingredients like Coconut aminos, rice vinegar, pineapple, ginger, and harissa (among others) to make their tasty pineapple glaze. Yum!

Sprinly is one of the more expensive prepared meal delivery services, but when you account for the organic ingredients, the large portion sizes, and the creative vegan recipes, I don’t know where else you can find these kinds of meals at this price.
All Sprinly meals are the same size and feature lunches and dinners. You can get plans based on the number of meals delivered each week, with a significant price break at 12 meals per week.

Sprinly uses a limited amount of packaging in a 6 meal order. There were two recyclable ice blocks, and a soft cotton filled insulation, which is also compostable and recyclable. Of course, the box is also recyclable cardboard.
The meals come in 40% recycled polyethylene, BPA-free safe plastic, which can also be recycled.
